Buttercream Wedding cakes
So what’s all the fuss about buttercream I hear you ask?
Having the experience I do, I know a lot of people don’t know the difference between buttercream and fondant style cakes. So I thought I’d make a bit of a song and dance about it to show you that I’m team buttercream..!
Your next question is why do I prefer it?
Well taste is a big factor for me, it’s just so delicious! The sky is the limit when it comes to flavours so I can add local Dorset honey for my Orange honey and parsnip cake or lashings of homemade salted toffee sauce for the homemade sticky ginger cake.
